Every time we receive a request for quotation, LMT Solution follows a precise intervention program in order to guarantee our customer’s satisfaction in every aspect: quality of product; lead time; cost effectiveness of procedures and machining processes

CONSULTING

Initial step of consulting and assistance of the Customer in order to jointly develop a feasibility study and the best solutions for every need. LMT Solution is involved in projects starting from scratch and hands them to experienced staffers that follow the whole development of the project.

PROJECT
DEVELOPMENT

Definition of every project based on the most competitive solution for every type of products, both of large and small dimensions. It is possible to determine a production patch from raw material to the final product, including heath treatments, sand-blasting and painting.

PROTOTYPING

Realization of prototypes that have all dimensional, qualitative and performance characteristics of the final product. Once the customer’s requirements conform to the prototypes and after final modifications, the standard production can start.

PRODUCTION

We have the possibility to design the production flow based on the characteristics desired by our customer.
LMT Solution has advanced CNC machining centers where both castings and self-built metalwork can be machined.

Among the materials we can machine we can list: carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron and cast iron, bronze and aluminium.

QUALITY
CONTROL

In order to constantly guarantee high-level quality, LMT Solution has a metrology room with a Mitutoyo measuring machine, a portable anthropomorphic 3D measuring arm and a TRIMOS zeroing bench for calibrating our measuring instruments.

ASSEMBLING

LMT Solutions offers the assembling of machined components in order to provide finished, ready-to-use products.

Full compliance with the specifications requested by the customer is ensured by the competence of our in-house technicians, so that every order will be done by the book.

KANBAN

Through the implementation of the kanban approach, our logistics meet the needs of each customer by operating with a personalized service to ensure maximum flexibility and compliance with deadlines.
