electomechanics
LMT SOLUTION has always worked for the electromechanical industry, producing components for electric motors, such as casings for DC motors with shaft height from 132 mm up to 900 mm. Metalwork, sectors' packings and final machining are provided. We also produce motor connections and shafts for AC motors.
food industry
The food industry is one of the main destinations for LMT SOLUTION products. We can respond to the needs of our customers who operate following high quality and safety standards. Components for kneading machines as well as star valves used in dosing systems are manufactured and assembled in LMT.
winches
LMT SOLUTION has worked alongside important manufacturers of lifting winches for years. Based on customer specifications, both matalwork and cast components are produced and machined. Our long experience in this field allows us to tackle even large-scale projects, providing consolidated knowledge and skills.
AUTOMOTIVE
Following the collaboration with important international partners, LMT SOLUTION has adopted protocols that respect the stringent regulations ruling the automotive industry, and applies these strict regulations also to small series production.
infrestructures
LMT Solution has consolidated experience in the production of components for large infrastructures such as bridges, stadiums and infrastructures for energy transportation. The most stringent standards are scrupulously observed starting from the raw material and for all subsequent machining phases with destructive and non-destructive tests.
motor gears
The long-standing collaboration with important manufacturers of mechanical transmissions allows LMT SOLUTION to be specialized in the production of components for gearboxes, such as bodies, covers, supports and torque arms for gearboxes up to 2,500,000 Nm. On request it is also possible to supply pre-assembled parts.
